In addition, you should read the information below carefully.
Quotations
Please note that quotations are valid for 28 days. If you have not confirmed a booking – by email – within this time, quotations are no longer valid.
Damages
Any claims of damages must be reported directly to the Bee-Moved offices by phone or by e-mail (not to our movers) within 48 hours of your move. Please note that a £100 excess applies to any claims.
Valuables
NOTICE: We do not handle any valuables, including but not limited to jewelry, gold bullion, watches and bonds. Items of this nature must be packed, handled and transported by the customer. There are NO exceptions to this clause.
Crates
All crates must be returned within 7 days of your move. A charge of £1.50 per crate per week will be charged until all crates have been returned. You should arrange for all crates to be collected at the same time.
We offer a free pick up service for locations in Luton and Dunstable.
Beyond this area, we will supply you with a pallet and shrink wrap along with instructions on how to return your boxes by courier. There is a charge of £60 – £70 + VAT for this service.
Deposits & Quotations
All quotations are valid for 4 weeks. A deposit of £200 is required for your booking. This will be lost if you change your date within 14 days prior to your booking, or do not return crates withing a week of your moving date. This is up management’s discretion of the deposit amount and the time that crates may be returned within.
In addition to the above clause, all booked and confirmed removals will lose the FULL amount of the removal if cancelled before 48 hours of the removal date. If the deposit cannot cover the amount, we will invoice you for the outstanding cost. This must be paid in full within 30 days.
